Where is this product made?

Each item shown here is designed, cut, sewn and finished in downtown Los Angeles.  We are very proud to support vendors and amazing local factories in our own backyard.

What size should I order?

We designed each style to fit a variety of body types  The models shown on our flash sale site are both size 4 and size 12.  Please reference the size chart for more specific information on sizing.

What is the fabric content?

The featured Kauai Kaftan in solid is 100% cotton double gauze.  The Blue chambray stripe is also 100% cotton.  The Black and Natural stripe it is a cotton / rayon blend.   

The Kona Kimono and the Hana dress are 100% rayon. 

How do I care for my new clothes?

We highly recommend a Gentle wash with cold water, hang dry.  Do not use bleach.

Not only will you save energy in your household, your garments will last longer!

What is a deconstructed hemline?

We intentionally designed the Kauai double gauze Kaftan with a raw edge.  This creates a natural deconstructed fringe hem.

How do I know if my order was placed?

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after completing your order. 

When will I receive my order?

All orders placed are scheduled to ship within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Thank you ahead of time for your patience as we strive to ship you as soon as humanly possible while providing a top quality product. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has shipped. If your order contains on item on backorder, we will hold your order to ship all items on your order together.   If you wish to have your backorder item shipped separately, you must place a separate order and your order will ship as it becomes available.

Why is my item on backorder?

Due to the high volume of orders from this promotion, certain styles and/or colors may have sold out quickly.  We are thrilled to be able to offer a backorder option on certain styles and expect to ship out all backordered items within 3 to 4 weeks if not sooner.

What if I need to change my order?

Any changes to your order must be received within 24 hours of placing your order.  Email us at sandandseaclub@gmail.com  with your order number and the change you would like to make.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Shipping:

What if I need to change my ship to address?

If you need to make a change to your address before the items have shipped, you can email us here:  sandandseaclub@gmail.com

Flat rate shipping:

Stock up on multiple items and they will ship together for a flat $5 fee when the entire order is ready.  If you wish to have each item shipped separately, you must place a separate order for each item and your order will ship as it becomes available.

Do I pay sales tax?

Only California residents will pay 9% sales tax.

Can I expedite shipping?

For this promotion we are not able to accommodate expedited shipping.  Due to the large volume of orders we are processing during this flash sale, we treat every order as a priority and will work around the clock to ship as fast a possible.  We will be shipping via United States Postal Service and are shipping from Los Angeles, California.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

For every different ship to address you must submit a new order.

Where is my shipment coming from?

We design, produce and ship from Los Angeles, California.
